A Guide to the Japanese Anime Song "Seishun Complex" from "Bocchi the Rock!"
"Bocchi the Rock!" is a Japanese 4-panel manga by Hamaji Aki. The protagonist, Goto Hitori, was a girl with no particular strengths, but after being inspired by an interview with a band member on a TV show during her first year of middle school, she became fascinated with bands. She borrowed a guitar from her father, immersed herself in playing, and eventually became a guitarist known as the "Guitar Hero" on a video-sharing site. However, due to severe shyness and social awkwardness, she graduates from middle school without being able to make friends or find a musical partner, despite her aspirations for band activities and cultural festival performances.
"Seishun Complex" was used as the opening theme for the anime.

The English Translation of "Seishun Complex" from "Bocchi the Rock!"
Here's the English translation of the lyrics:
I used to like darkness and narrow spaces, inside the hood pulled down deep. Eyes resenting the heartless world were hopelessly craving love.
I used to like getting wet in the rain, as a gloomy face suits me. Pretending to be frightened by the storm, I waited for the sky to break open.
Strum it, with the fuzz of light, I want to make the thunder roar. Strike it, towards the end of pain, what should I do? A wild and violent heartbeat going on a rampage.
I liked sad songs the most because they make me feel gentle. I sought bright places, but I was afraid to touch.
I used to like diving deep; even at the bottom of the sea, there was a moon. It was supposed to be a secret to everyone, but distorted lines raced through the dark night.
Strum it, the intersecting quartet, I want to achieve a revolution. Strike it, with the forte of lament, what should I do? Unleash the super-fierce, violent nature.
I keep looking down, and that's fine. I want to become a tiger with a hunched back.
Strum it, with the fuzz of light, I want to make the thunder roar. Strike it, towards the end of pain, come on, let's go. A wild and violent heartbeat, impulsive emotions, let them roar!
Strum it, make the thunder roar.
